Pick Your Food Items

Choose enough food for 10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, and 10 dinners. You will have enough to add in some snack items too!

Pick your Delivery Dates

Your food can be delivered every 10 days. Select a delivery time that suits you best! If the 10th day doesn’t work, you can select a date and time after this 10th day, but not before. If you forget to place your order within your 10-day period, a new 10-day period starts and your missed period is forfeited.

Renewing

Memberships are on a per-semester basis. We will send a renewal reminder email at the end of each semester so you can be sure to get your groceries all year!

Vegan Curried Rice

A vegan diet can be delightfully delicious when you know how to properly prepare food! Check out this super-easy recipe.

Gather the Goods:

  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil 

  2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic 


  3. black pepper to taste 


  4. 1 tablespoon ground cumin, or to taste 


  5. 1 tablespoon ground curry powder, or to taste 


  6. 1 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste 


  7. 1 cube vegetable bouillon 


  8. 1 cup water 


  9. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 

  10. 1 cup uncooked white rice 


The Prep:

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over low heat. Sweat the garlic; when the garlic becomes aromatic, slowly stir in pepper, cumin, curry powder and chili powder. When spices begin to fry and become fragrant, stir in the bouillon cube and a little water.

Increase heat to high and add the rest of the water and the soy sauce. Just before the mixture comes to a boil, stir in rice. Bring to a rolling boil; reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.

Remove from heat and let stand five minutes.

    The Prep:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with salt and seasoning (if desired). Place chicken in a pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip chicken and cook about 15 minutes more (until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear).

    1. 1 pound almonds
    2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
    3. 1 teaspoon salt

    The Prep:

    Spread almonds on baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until a nutty aroma wafts out of the oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

    Pick at these bad boys while you're studying or throw them in your bag for a healthy on-the-go snack!

    Psst... add a little cayenne pepper if you like a little heat!

    Gather the Goods:


    1. 1 3/4 cups diced tomato (about 1 large tomato)
    2. 1/4 cup diced white onion (about 1/2 an onion)
    3. 1 finely chopped fresh jalapeno chile (seeded for a milder salsa)
    4. 1 teaspoon coarse salt

    The Prep:

    Stir ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to let the flavours come out for a fiesta in your mouth.

    Eat this with tortilla chips or throw it on some eggs to add a little life to your morning!
