We know that sometimes it can be quite inconvenient to sign for your package, but under strict laws & regulations studentgrocer.com shoppers are REQUIRED to collect a signature at the time of delivery at the actual shipping address. These measures are very important in making sure no minor is exposed to contents that should not be in their possession and also that the package is delivered to the correct address in a timely matter. If an adult is not available to sign for the package at the shipping address, studentgrocer.com will make another further attempt to deliver. After the 2 attempt failures, the package will be returned back to our warehouse. Then a subsequent delivery fee will be incurred.
